Regional Level.

The "Regional Levels" are the distinct areas, of all Salespersons territories.

For any particular region, a user can click "Summary" which will display a "Product Summary" for that region.
The "Product Summary" contains a list of products to be sold or that have been sold in that area.

Additionally, users can click "Detail", which will display the Saleperson's in that region.
For each "Description" (depending on your user permissions) you will have the ability to view or edit
details associated with that Region or category.
